More than ever, I choose to use the label lesbian. To me, that defines the essence of everything that I am. To me, this gives me the freedom to see myself as an individual entity rather than as existing in relation to something else. And this, in and of itself, gives me the freedom to expand all that I am capable of being and doing. |
