- 9am appt with Dietician to work on 2nd step of Intuitive Eating Program.
- from there, walked to bank & then to grocery store - shopped for ingredients for dinner date with Daddy on Sunday! - came home, blogged - dishes, cleaned kitchen - got ready for work, worked 4-7 - came home, showered, got dinner - finished up my blogs & received online permission! yay! - here i be ♥ *smiles* posting away!

i ran errands for several hours...did the cooking...did some laundry...all on less than 2 hours of sleep...without coffee ....and managed to stay awake for the entire day.....
