I was recently in the market for the first time in awhile as well. One big change is that cyberskin is largely gone, except perhaps for a few novelty items here and there. The big drawback of course was that it was not sterilizable. I got a Vixskin model and it does have a bit more of a lifelike feel than traditional silicone, but to me it does not measure up to cyberskin in terms of feel. However because it is silicone, it can be sterilized. I am satisfied with the Vixskin, but I don't love it.
