I know I am loved because I have friends who are with me through the darkness and the light, who allow me to process things, and know that I am there for them and that they can trust me when they need an ear or a shoulder.

I know I am loved because she shows and tells me on a daily basis. She takes the time to sit down and write me letters on a weekly basis.
