I'm really impressed with both of them. wow.
I can only do, what we used to call, "girl" pushups. My arms are not strong at all and can't support my body weight for long. Now, my legs? Very strong. I can leg press with the big dawgs. That was a great video. I adore Michelle and Ellen as well. Both for who they are and what they believe in and who they stand up too. Two very wonderful role models for our female youth.
