I agree with you! I've got one about 4 cubes over and he talks loud most of the day. I have fantasized about going into his cubicle and dotting his eyes - what pleasure that would give me but darn it, I won't get to do it because I don't hit people unless I cannot walk away and am forced to defend my wife (if I had one) or myself.
