You'll need to link to the picture so find your favourite LOL.

Get the URL for the picture (if you right click on the picture look for Copy Image Location).

Go to your post Editor and select the picture icon (looks like a landscape with a sun in it).

Paste the URL in there.

Post. And LOLz
