Since everything is made up of energy, the theory is that some of the energy from an event can be recorded by certain materials and played back when the energy is released just as a mere video recorder.

Famous : The Brown Lady of Raynham Hall, who was always seen moving down a hallway with a lantern in her hand.

So...there isnt anything a person can do to help these trapped souls move on? I mean if someone such as myself happened to witness such an event? To help them

repeated apparitions such as the ones described above are simply fields of extreme energy caused by brutal deaths or extreme situations. they are not really still with us as it states they are residual energies...in time they fade totally.sometimes it takes centuries for them to do so though...the souls from these apparitions have moved on...but the energy remains.
