I need to often remember to be kind. It's easy with my kids but such work with the rest of the world. My kids make me want to giggle and hug and run around naked in wet grass. Why can't I do that without them? Like I need them there to remind me to enjoy life, to be kind to all because life's a Bitch! Thanks Arwen

So appropriate for me this week! My brain is on over drive and I'm not sleeping because the ignition is stuck in the *on* position. Meditation, yes, I need that. Meditation is much more likely to effectively relax my mind than pouring something over ice. But, I may still pour something over ice....
