What pissed you off today?

The nasty way the hotel manager talked to me and argued with me when I called him out for promising to match the Travelocity rate, but he jacked the price this morning and then again when I just checked in. I used to manage a huge hotel. NEVER would I allow my staff to talk to customers like that or go back on their word!! He's damn lucky he already had my debit card number or I would have punched him before walking out! I am LIVID at being talked to in that manner. He's a rude, hateful, arrogant jackass that WILL NOT be getting my repeat service. Never once did I raise my voice to him nor get nasty. This discussion isn't over yet.
