YSK how sweet my big boy, Zeke is ..... last night, my puppy was too afraid to get one of his favorite toys because it was near some water bottles which are so very scary. After several attempts to coax him into being brave enough to risk going near the bottles to get his toy, I have up and looked at my Zeke (a 10yo, 80lb Boxer/Pit) who just looked at me and wagged his tail.

I pointed to the toy, which was surrounded by other toys, so I wasnt even sure he would get what I wanted, and I said, "get that toy for the baby." Zeke got up, walked over to the scary-ass water bottles, picked up the toy and carried it over to my puppy, Jack, who became all happy and wiggly since everything was right and good in his world again.

Such a sweet sweet boy, my Zekie.

YSK, opera director, that I have had a bottle of wine and I am still at work translating this piece of crap which has somehow made it into opera buffa canon. I am typing coherently but reading these tomorrow is going to be a HOOT!
