From the [ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1402781067/"]WildWood Tarot [/ame]
we get the Knight of Stones (Horse) tells you that you must carry your own load. The goal of getting physically healthy is important when this card shows up but it also speaks to the mental health as well. If you are not managing your stress burdens, you may be dumping them on others. They aren't theirs to carry. That's yours so step up to the Knight of Stones' calling and carry your own load. |

![]() Physical and emotional health are top on my list of priorities. They are all wrapped up in a neat bundle together. I am currently working hard on regaining my strength and emotional wherewithal back to 100%, following an actual setback in my health, which resulted in allowing myself emotionally to backslide into feeling like I am failing...When what I really should have done was simply find alternative activities to keep my strength and gumption up. For me...If one is off kilter, both are out of whack. If I'm not physically active, then that means I am not outdoors enjoying nature enough, and that has a lot to do with being stress free. So, I'll just have to dust off my backside a lot more quickly, and get my arse moving back towards optimum momentum. |
