This is really cool that there is a thread for us forty and fifty somethings! i'm 45 and holding! lol! it's not so bad being in the forty something group, even though sometimes i feel like i've been through the war! but i did enjoy my first time skydiving recently! so that makes up for a lot of the bad and sad times in life! so where are the hot single butches in their forties on here? lol!

Dance was fun... however on the way to the dance I was at a red light that had just turned green and the car in front of me backed into me.... hard. I pulled over, they took off....ofcourse! Thank goodness I have an honest mechanic who will do the work for 500 that everywhere else would charge me over 1000. Oye On a better note, with the meds change and less lifting at work, I have been almost heachache free for 8 days. I usually get several a day in addition to the migraines so this is a HUGE and WONDERFUL change!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Going on a date today.... lunch then swimming or swimming then dinner... Always a lot of fun with her... too bad she has a commitment issue right now. Oh well, I always seem to find the ones that are out of long term relationships before they are ready for another one. I thought this one would be different... she has been out of that relationship for a while. Oh well, the heart mends when it mends. Gonna have fun while its fun...but after a while.. it starts to affect my self worth. That's when I will have to give it a break. I know I shouldn't let it... but somehow it does. *shrug*
