Wrapping up a 4,500 mile road trip by coming home to ONLY. I LOVE the open road. I saw some AMAZING things. I got to hang out with my sister, niece, bio dad and family but it all comes back to just getting home to her.

Picking up 13 yellow summer squashes from a co-worker. I'm going to can them for her. lol, my produce budget is running low so I will get my canning fix by canning for others. Long as I get my jars back I am happy to provide this garden overload public service.

Hopping onto the Mobia (like a Treadclimber) and doing a solid 15 minutes....when just a year ago 5 minutes felt almost impossible and left me feeling sick and light-headed. I was drenched in sweat, but my heart rate was back to normal in a minute....and I felt GREAT!

It feels fantastic to know how much my fitness level has improved and that it's all due to my eating better, and working out regularly at Curves for the last 6 months.

I'm proud of myself!
