Lemon/olive oil marinated chicken
Salmon Mushrooms, onions, green peppers Romaine lettuce (as the wrap) Pineapple for dessert All grilled. And beer. Lots of beef. Lol And I'm a bachelor, so I got leftovers for tomorrow.

I took a zippy of my homemade red sauce out of the freezer earlier...y'all know where I'm going with this post, lol.
I'll cook up penne pasta, add my red sauce, sprinkle a 4 cheese blend over the top and let it melt, broil 2 pieces of Texas toast garlic slices and open a bottle of wine. How much wine I drink depends on when I get my dinner going .gif "Say What?")

Since I have gotten absolutely NOTHING done workwise today, and it is 7:15 PM here, and I had peanut butter on wheat toast this morning for breakfast and nothing since, I suppose it is time for me to sign off from here and go rummaging in the kitchen. I know it is time to go shopping, but when I am here by myself, often I don't think about cooking stuff. A bowl of cereal is a default dinner, sitting by my computer working. Bad thing is, I have been out of cereal for a few days now, so will have to think harder. Grrrr. I need D to come back home so I can cook again!
