I so totally agree with this. I just do not understand it. My neighbors dog was out all the time till it died one cold night and it was only 3 years old. It literally would cry sometimes.

No dog house, no shelter. She got him because of his red coat and red is her favorite color.

YSK that I would have called the humane society and reported her.

YSAK that I am not a violent person, but I will go to your house in the dead of night and steal your dog if I know that's how you're treating it ..... done it before and would do it again.

YSAK that I cant report the neighbor my post was about because they built their dog a shelter, complete with a tarp .... but I still believe that leaving their dog out there is total crap - I dont care if there is a dog mansion out there or a hole in the ground with a chain.
