Thanks everyone for your prayers. My sister left us Friday afternoon. I don't even know how to begin the process of laying her to rest, then spend the next few days, weeks, months, years not being able to call her and drop by her house for no reason at all. Although I'm happy she is no longer suffering, I miss her already.

God called up another Angel Thursday evening. I'm lighting a candle for all of those whose life he touched in his 96 years on earth. A kinder, gentler man you'll never find. Always a smiling face and a clean joke to share. A man of integrity a man of God. He loved everyone he met, and shared a his love of the outdoors with many folks around the county, threw sharing the bounty of his garden to and the craftmanship of his bird houses and feeders. Even the waitresses at the diner were talking about him this morning. You will be missed Mr B. May the memories of you always be sweet ones.

In memory of a life so beautifully lived. That about says it all.

Sometimes the path on O/our journey is clear and then an unexpected curve or turn appears and W/we may feel lost and unsure. Yet if W/we raise O/our heads and look W/we will see that the current new path is still brightly lite. The first candle that i light tonight is for Alix's niece who has been bullied to the point of feeling suicidal. No one should have to deal with that, especially not over being bisexual ~ its who she is and should be accepted as such. i hope and pray that she can find the strength to realize that she is important and is cared for, and that she should be proud of who she is because she is wonderful just as she is

The second candle that i light tonight is for Alix, who is trying his best to help his niece to remain calm and at the same time is doing his best to keep himself together.
