Affirmations For Today

Today I will pray. I will pray in gratitude for the breath I take. I will give thanks for the friends I have and the friends that I will meet. I will be mindful of lifting my heart up to give thanks for unknown blessings already on their way. I am loved and loving and I walk in gratitude for that. Seek joy, y'all. Pass it on.

Today I let go and open up, while remaining grounded, centered, safe.
Today I am grateful for innumerable blessings. I let all resentments and fears fall away.
Today, I am the embodiment of Love.

Tonight, I will trust that the universe wants only for the best for me and to let go and immerse myself in all the kindness and goodness that surrounds me, to feel all the love that permeates my life.
