Since this is our Saturday we are having a home cooked meal which is:
A garden vegatable sauce with carrots, zucki, chili pepper and tomatos and a few other spices thrown in for good measure I love to cook so Im going to do this for my baby lets hope she likes it |

It was dinner on the phone, so a plate of antipasto: sliced ripe tomato and half an avocado with sea salt and olive oil, Kalamata olives, prosciutto, Gorgonzola, thinly sliced gravlax with cucumbers, crème fraîche and dill, garlic naan, and a Blue Point summer ale, plus a lovely two hour conversation in Italian with someone in Rome!

Had two Brats on hot dog bun with mayo & coleslaw (home made coleslaw...yummmm) and I cut a fresh pineapple up into chunks. Apparently I picked quite a nice, juicy, and sweet one....

We had yummy tacos and corn and a fruit salad with grapes and strawberries.
Was quite delightful. OH and homemade Lemon Meringue pie for desert. My first attempt at making meringue. Didn't do to bad if i do say so myself.

Dinner today is leftover lunch. I did not make the homemade chicken noodle soup yesterday, but rather today. It turned out very good since the broth was rich. Diced up some carrots, onions, celery, potatoes, parsley, and used very well cleaned chicken thighs - took it off the bone, diced it and returned it to the broth. Some noodles shortly before it was done and then make sure they were al dente. OMG! Perfection!! So deja vu it is......
