okay, to be fair, i spend a hell of a lot of time here and i have a life...so having a life doesn't necessarily preclude spending ridiculous amounts of time on the planet (although i'm lucky in that i work from home most of the time.)

although i am curious how you are surviving with 3% body fat. just cannot wrap my brain around that.
