Michael Caine, The Rock.
Ok it is a kids movie but it was very entertaining. Loved the mini elephants, giant bees, the reawakening of the Nautilus.

Old, old movie about a kid who steals some plutonium to make his own nuclear bomb for the science fair. When I was young, I thought this kind of story line was so cool. Now, of course, I think this damn kid is costing taxpayers a fortune trying to track him down and disarm that bomb.

Interestingly, one of the kids is a teenage Cynthia Nixon. Took me a while to connect the annoying voice to the face tho.
