Congrats to the Dallas Mavericks who won their first title in franchise history!

What a game, what a series, what perserverance and determination. Now maybe Jason Kidd can retire.....what is he like 45?

And kudos to Mark Cuban for letting the original owner accept the trophy from the commissioner. Very thoughtful move.

It is crazy here right now. I have been a NBA fan for years. Love Dirk one of the best players to play the game and Kidd at 36 can retire

. They had heart very good series.

Congratulations to the Dallas Mavericks! I am happy to see Dirk, J Kidd, and Jet finally win a championship. I have always been a Dirk fan and found it fitting that he won the MVP.

I believe that J Kidd said he had a few more years in him.

I was never into basketball until I went to a Mav's game last week with a friend. Now, I seriously am a huge fan.

I'm not much of a fan either, but I love when the underdogs prevail and win ~ its a great story and just nice to see someone other than the "favorites" win a championship :-)
