I worked a 14 hour stretch today (left home really early, got home sort of late). I failed to eat this morning and forgot to take something to eat too. Didn't have time at work to go get anything to eat either.
SoOoOoOoo, since I've been home, I have consumed, because I am famished, three servings of Chobani Yogurt (the lovely, creamy, Greek stuff): I had some blueberry, strawberry-banana, blood orange and right now, I getting ready to have more of the blueberry yogurt (I'm toasting some bread too). No butter though, tonight. But, I have a bowl of berries I am eating too (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries). I do wish I had some strawberries and ice cream, too. * I should go to the grocery store tomorrow *

Dinner plans fell through for the most part and it got late, so instead of us heading out at 8:45pm, I made something quick for us at home... nachos with chicken. I usually eat mine with steak, but I must say they were actually delicious with chicken!

a Seasonal Favorite ......
It's a perfectly lovely evening in Philadelphia and so after studying for hours, I went out for a walk. The temp is 72F with no humidity--I walked around for awhile, appreciating the neighborhood gardens and greeting friends on the street. I was remembering a conversation I had recently ashen a friend mentioned Chinese food....and so here I am....Mu Shu at last. :-)

for dinner I made...a lovely salad with gorgeous tomatoes, baby spinach, cuke and sprouts that we grow.....it was a very nice salad...which I forgot on the counter when I left for work.

For dinner, I had mahi crusted with wasabi-almonds (with butter and lime), plus roasted asparagus and portobella mushrooms.
Then for supper I had a microwaved sweet potato and a small chunk each of goat gouda and boucheron cheeses (I have a real weakness for good cheeses...) |
