BB gun target (above). Just one example of the mostly unsupervised "activities" (archery range, and boating on a RIVER, etc.) that were allowed at the summer day camp I attended in the 60s. Somehow I emerged without shooting an eye out -- good times!

Every picture of me until I was about 6 or 7 was in pants like this. Usually with a red or navy blue turtleneck. They were all my brothers. Oh, except for when I had to wear a dress on Sunday for church. That was the only thing my parents bought me my own clothes for.

I remember skating around central park in those things and thinking they were the best, I've probably skated for miles in those. I wonder, do regular skates even exist anymore or is it all inline now?
