Good Morning everyone..Wakey wakey rise & shine.. (don't make me dig out the noisy pots n' pans!!)  i had a really, really bad nightmare, and just woke up.. ick.. i still have incredible pain (pulled a muscle , would love to say my back but no, it's my bum lol) and am on painkillers right now.. they make me sick to my tummy and so unbalanced (light headed & dizzy).. Doesn't take my pain away, but helps me tolerate sitting and laying down some.. i am stubborn, and pushed myself walking last night, not a good decision syl.. *shakes head* i felt great walking, i think it was climbing in and out of her vehicle which made it worse.. Anyway, thought i would pop in for breakfast & say hello.. i am going to make an egg white omelette for breakfast, lotsa veggies & some mixed fruit on the side (watermelon, grapes & strawberries).. And a big side order of ibuprofen, since these advil 400 are doing nothing cept making me loopy and sick, lol.. Coffee out for you all.. Fruit, and whatever your lil hearts desire! & i love You & a cuppa coffee for You when You wake Mr Mtn, *because i know You'll see this eventually when You stalk me, hehe..*

Thai Chicken Salad
Hey Sylvie,
This is what is in this salad. It is very yummy...Thai Chopped Chicken All-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, romaine, Thai cashews, fire-roasted edamame, red peppers, carrots, fresh cilantro & wonton strips all tossed in low-fat Thai Chili Vinaigrette and drizzled with peanut sauce. Zimmeh Quote:

- Good Morning everyone - ♥ Off to go for a run, then to grocery shop soon.. i have an appointment this afternoon & THEN to work i go, hi-ho, hi-ho lol. <---- eating an omelet right now, yum! Got news yesterday about my loan, and now i'm all prepared to start college in September, how exciting! 39 years old and going back to school, love it.. i am going to work part time, and still make most of my hours, so i won't use much of my loan that way - will be hard work, but i'm a go getter!
