this reminds me of an umpire telling me to "cool off. that's just the way she is." ... he was speaking of the score keeper/book keeper for the other team. she was being very rude to our teams score keeper. like i'm not supposed to speak up when someone is being rude, ... just take it because "that's just the way she is." no, i don't think so.
