Am really concerned about my friend in Baltimore area. I last heard from her at 630pm in a text.
I was to call her when I got back in from errands. I have been trying since 730pm. Anyone here in that area who knows if power is gone? I tried both home and cell to no avail, and she is not answering texts. My guess is power is out and cell towers not working!  ...... please let me hear from you soon....
