I believe NFL.com does. If you click on the matchup it should say the cable network playing the game. I could be mistaken but I've seen it before.

I hear you about the whole coast thing. My team is on the west coast opposite of your fav team and I'm lucky I get to watch some of the games. Did you check NFL.com also for the play by play action when you are unable to catch a game. Again, just click on the matchup when it's gametime and it should take you right to it.
