If you go into your spellbook icon, you can click and drag any icon (do not pick passive ones) to your menu bar on the bottom of the screen. This will allow you to click on that particular talent (such as charge) and use it immediately. Found a vendor, and I see how to buy...but can't figure out how to sell. I think what's making this aggravating is that it's intuitive enough to figure out what I'm supposed to do next, but not intuitive enough to know how to do it. I can see how this will suck up all lots of time once I get my sea legs!
