Hey everyone, just found this thread. I'm just turned 49. Feels pretty good, old injuries are talking to me a little more. I've been an little more on top of my food intake and watching more of what I eat. Doing more excercise other that surfing, mountain biking and jogging with the puppies.
I love my age, the way I see the world, the experieces I've had and the people I've met.
