My son and I are having spaghetti tonight (leftovers from yesterday).

I made a homemade sauce with crimini mushrooms, sweet onions, shredded carrots and then added meatballs made from turkey sausage.

I made a fresh bed of salad greens (romaine) to go with it too.

Last night was early dinner with my daughter we went for Taco Bells big box new grilled rollers, burrito supreme and a cruncy taco.

tonight as we have to take my daughter back home

we are meeting her bf for the first time and he has kindly offered to buy us dinner at Golden Corral. Yes, he has a job! LOL
