Normally, my fellow sarcastic smart-ass local friends and I get together and go out...all the while, my one bestest friend loudly proclaims a "Happy VD Day" to everyone she sees.

It may have a little something to do with each of us being a particular shade of jaded.


ETA: As I just told a friend, love is wonderful and I too love to love. BUT....I am not a fan of commercialized love.
