My roommate giving me a "week" notice. She told me April, but now a week. What a little punk. She still hasn't paid me the full month of Feb either. My bad for being compassionate and taking her in, when she had no where else, and I really didn't want to.

Oh well.. I will turn her room into my workout room. Yay!

Default vote these senators out

These men should not be allowed to vote on any laws.
Condoning violence against women and minorities.
Overall, I am relieved this passed and they are the minority. Just pitiful though.

All that voted against the bill are Repbulicans. I suspect we have republican members here at the Planet. It must be somewhat difficult to see their party consistently put the needs of women lower on the priority list. I see Rubio one of the new Golden Boys of the GOP is all down for immigration reform but not protecting women against violence. I can't help but wonder what is their justification for voting against this bill. Probably something like "We all ready have laws on the book that covers this. These laws just need to be enforced."

So true about the Golden Boys. The extreme GOP. Santorum...I helped to vote him out. It was my pleasure. Rubio should back up his supposed concern about the protections of immigrants.
This Act could protect against acts of violence to native americans, LGBT and immigrants.
Cantor the House Majority leader ...ugh...It is abominable behavior and neglect for anyone to not pass these protections.

Freakin Wells Fargo why the heck do I bank there? Spent over an hour arguing with them over a withdrawl...wth do I need to explain why I am withdrawing such a large sum. Then when I finally got fed up and decided to close my accounts having the branch manager tell me no she isn't going to and she can do that based on discretion. Well luckily the area manager agrees with me and says she is being ridiculous but this doesn't make me any less pissed off. Bye bye wells Fargo you can suck it

I told her thank you but I don't see it working for me....and proceeded to correct her spelling. Bad energy abounded. And it was fewer hours than I have now anyway. Thanks. I will PASS..

I don't think that it's the job of any person or agent to correct the grammar or spelling of an applicant unless it's a requirement of their position (editor, etc).

I totally understand Cinnamon's frustration when she had explained why she wrote it out like she did. I would have been highly irritated with the behavior of the potential employer too and would have given long thought to whether I wanted to put myself in an environment with this on a daily basis. If they are going to do that to someone they don't know through email, imagine how it would be in person, working day to day with them.

No thanks.

I think the biggest mistake that employers and potential employer make is they forget this one lil fact...

While they are evaluating us, we are evaluating them... while we are in a probational period, so are they...
