Did anyone see Albert Nobbs with Glenn Close? This is an amazing film.
Having for decades disguised herself as a man while working as a butler in a posh 19th-century Dublin hotel, a woman calling herself Albert Nobbs reconsiders her charade when a handsome painter arrives on the scene. Holly I love love Downton Abby~! I'm addicted to it. I can't wait for season 4. I had to buy season 3 from Itunes.

Downton Abbey is such a wonderful piece of television; all the characters have wonderful range and such authentic emotional texture, I'm quote enjoying it! <<<< said with a British accent of course.
There have been few filmmakers who have enchanted me consistently like the work of Australian Peter Weir. More recently you may have appreciated his "Master and Commander" with Russell Crowe-- but earlier work like "Gallipoli", a coming of age/redemption/war is stupid/duty and honor (starring a young and virtually unknown fellow Aussie Mel Gibson)--- "Picnic at Hanging Rock" (thinly veiled homoerotic girls/women and some weird local legend, beautifully shot)-- "The Year of Living Dangerously" (an amazing film starring Gibson again, paired with Sigourney Weaver and introducing Linda Hunt AS A MAN / she won the Oscar for her role) Thanks all for the other suggestions, I'll definitely be spending some quality time with Netflix soon! I love Netflix ....the documentaries alone I worth Netflix, I stream it on my tv ans that is awesome too.
I have been enjoying the gay/lesbian documentaries as well as other documentaries. I also enjoy an occasional movie lol
