trying to get things ready for tomorrow..not only is it mothers day but it's gren's sisters birthday. So, there is much to do...and I lost a couple days when my truck was in the shop.
I mowed the lawn, sprayed the weeds, trimmed the lawn with the weed wacker...while gren headed out to get her sisters gift. Just got back from getting the groceries needed for tomorrow. At some point..I need to sit my ass down |

Just took a nice long hot bubble bath. Now off to the store for a few supplies, have something to eat, start my laundry and finish packing my clothes/shoes/dishes.

As my day draws to an end .....
..... I feel satisfied that I have accomplished a great deal today. I managed another 15 of the 59 report card comments I need to do (only 14 left to do!); I motivated several students to work on earning 'points' so that I will give their parents a 'happy call' that will express my undying gratitude to the parents about how wonderfully hard their child has worked; this is then followed by an extremely loud shout of congratulations from all the students for the parents to hear; and, I managed to spend about 90 minutes crocheting which is a gift I give to myself as I consider this to be VERY relaxing! All in all, a great day!
