Fire
Sitting here by this fire
Feeling the warmth Looking into the heart of it I feel as if I am carried away As if I am dancing among the flames As the wood turn to embers The smoke swirling off into the night air The wood crackling and popping As the fire wraps itself around my heart I feel a peace settle over me A peace I rarely feel at all I feel as one with the fire Chaos and destruction But a giver of life at the same time I am a lover of fire And fire a lover of me
