This is not a fancy recipe but it's one of my favorites and it's tasty...
Southwestern Goulash 8 ounces elbow macaroni 1 pound lean ground beef 16 ounces tomato sauce 2 cups cooked corn (I used frozen) 2 cans chopped green chilies 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt Cook macaroni according to package directions. Brown the ground beef. Drain the grease from the ground beef then add the tomato sauce, corn, green chilies and spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 or 4 minutes. Then add in the cooked macaroni. Voila!
