Bless me father.....
Well...today was my only day off...in nearly 2 weeks...and I have to do the same exact week as last week over again...minus ONE 6 hour shift on Thursday...and one of my fellow "angels" called me up and asked me to cover her shift for her. .gif "Say What?") I flat out lied...and said I was at the beach for the day...it's what I WOULD have done if the weather had been more cooperative... I felt bad enough about it..and then...while I was at thrift store I saw a recliner that raises up that a client needs...for a mere 150 bucks!...and texted to see if it would be feasible to make a purchase on her behalf. My employer then asked me about covering for my co-worker. Had to do some happy crappy tap dancing then...sigh.... I just wanted a day OFF people..... I shouldn't need to fib.... <<<upset with myself now.....she went to work sick....
