Arwen, I have a picture hanging in my office that states "Let Go. Simply Let Go." Oftentimes, it is not a "simple" thing to do. I can name my anchors, as I know them all well. (people, places and things. and also, I may add, old ideas and beliefs!). For me, I guess the why in this tarot reading points to my old friend, FEAR.
