nothing yet, as I am getting some fasting blood work done.
but, soon, I'll be enjoying some oatmeal w/ apple sauce.

After posting in this thread for a while I have noticed that I really only have one of three choices for breakfast a granola bar, a bagel or toast. Maybe I need to add to my breakfast choices particularly after reading what everyone else is having. Today was a granola bar.
