Fresh blackberries that are plump, juicy and oh so good!

Sparkling water with lime

Dessert is frozen banana slices dipped in dark chocolate

I tried low carb pasta tonight, I had the box sitting in my pantry for ages and I didn't want to go shopping on a Friday after work (eesh)

Anyway, rotini with basil and oregano from my garden, with big pieces of tomato, black pepper, garlic, onions, olive oil, crushed red pepper and a smidgen of pesto that I forgot I had in the door of the fridge (stuff always hides there)
oh and a little goat cheese mixed in for good measure (also forgotten in the door of the fridge). I was pleasantly surprised by the pasta.

Gala apple with natural peanut butter

Key Lime-aid over a ridiculous amount of ice

No Paleo tonight! I had a roast beef n' baby swiss cheese on a fresh onion roll with a sauce made with horseradish and Dukes mayo. That roast beef was cooked just right! YUM!

A pork chop barbecued over a wood fire, plus mushrooms and potatoes smoked over same.

I love being able to cook over an open fire in Brooklyn, NYC.
