While Im not too far fetched in my eating habits, I do enjoy eating some things "my way" or over indulge in certain things.
Sriracha on EVERYTHING. Kim Chi right out of the jar Jalapenos raw or out of the jar in one sitting Pickled okra I love to pile food inside cabbage leaves, roll up and eat them. (mostly chicken and veggies) I prefer to eat with a spoon versus a fork. Its just funner for me. Unless, of course I can eat the meal with my fingers hahaha.

I love sour tastes in food: lemon, vinegar etc... I can put so much lemon juice on my food that others cannot even taste it!
I also love sweets, but that's not so eccentric I think

I have this thing about vinegar,I will drink it,eat it on plain lettuce,use it for a dip with all kinda of veggies.I also love sour pickles when I am done with the sour pickles I will often fill the jar with diffrent veggie's to pickle them in the juice left in the jar.I like pickled pig feet and pickled pork hocks,I eat lemons like it was an orange with a touch of salt.
