I am very thamkful that my fellow officer

and dear friend is doing ok after getting struck by lightining tonight he is still in the burn icu but he is awake and fussing ..

He also has a gash on the back of his head from where he fell and I am still covered in his blood we got to him quick and I stablized his head did not realize I was covered because I was also soaked to the bone from the rain all I could do washold him and tell him help was coming

I am just glad he is ok and he should recover

Really glad for your officer friend and you that things turned out so well. Sounds like you kept a cool head which means you were even better abled to be there for him. He is fortunate to have you.
