My love packed me a cooler full of dinner and snacks and a qt. of my fav. Gatorade for my two hour Amtrak ride ..
Waving bye to her and big dawg..Peeking in as the train left the platform Hmmm. A Ho Ho might be good ..wow, a container full of rigatoni and meatballs.and biscuit and gravy, and Some healthy yogurt. A meatball called out to me., and of course pasta followed. Mmmm. Delayed at Union Station, maybe a Butterfinger for dessert.. And a Ho Ho.. Wow..macadamia nut chocolate kisses would be better Yummers, I'll save the yogurt for breakfast,with biscuit n gravy.. Think a nap is in order....yawnnnnn. I haven't figured out just how i'm cooking the chicken brest I have thawing,but it will be cooks in the slow cooker.I have been haveing bad problems with my back among other parts that are on my docs list of things to work on this week,so what ever I fix will be easy to cook and easy to clean up after.
