More poor workers creates more competition for what few jobs exist, thereby creating a race to the bottom in which jobs increasingly are awarded to the lowest bidder. So he's killing two birds with one stone: he's trying to simultaneously subjugate women for being women and poor people for not being rich. I cannot think of many fates he could suffer that would be as horrible as he deserves.
