Lunch: What's on the menu?

lunch was tuna salad with lots of celery, onion, green and red pepper in it ...I tend to pick out the crunchy veggie bits and toss the tuna.

I can do that cause I'm too old now to be forced to eat everything on my plate

homemade minestrone soup--

zucchini (green and yellow), onion, bone beef broth, carrots, rainbow chard, bacon, tomatoes, small amount of white beans, rosemary).

Turned ordinary Ramen® noodles into noodles and dumplings with my own delicious comfort recipe. Little something I put together really fast. Lunch is on, gotta go.
