I am thankful for a great chiropractor and the fact that tonight I have feeling in all but HALF my thumb. It's a weird sensation but it's an improvement.

Im so thankful for being alive. I know alot of times people are wrapped up in their lives and whats going on- the good and the bad- that they forget to be truly greatful for what they have. Ive been sick for a long time, and my heart melts for people who are terminaly ill , because i just dont know how they handle it. Im thankful because what i have, is fixable. Cancer, AIDS, etc... those people amaze me. Their faith and will power to want to live. How thankful they are to truly wake up the next day, because they know that tomorrow is not guaranteed, where most take it for granted. Im thankful for today, thr day before, and if god willing, tomorrow too.

Im thankful that I'm learning to be patient and think things thru. I'm quite proud of myself of how I handled some irate customers last night. Normally, I would listen, and then come back with something that sounded smart ass like. Got me in trouble every time, I was then labeled rude. I took it personally and would be upset for a few hours.
Last night, I didn't let it get to me and I stood my ground. I was not the bad guy. Actually, I'm quite proud of myself. Thank you, lesson learned, it does work. Keep practicing it !

for me I'm thankful that I still have my mom in my life,
and that I can be there for her , as she lives with me... And she will never ever see a rest home.... I'm also thankful that I'm clean and sober. And the friends that I have that truly love me for who I am.. A trans-guy (ftm)

I'm thankful for all the fireman that have come from all over the country to help fight our wildfires. At last count, 40 states were represented. Asheville is showing them all the love they deserve. I just wish I could hug them all...

At the moment....
I'm most thankful that about 3+ years ago I walked out one door and through another.
But mostly the second one. You know, I'm saying if the universe demanded a proper hierarchy of gratefulness, that's how it would be arranged. Unless I had to add in all the other unrelated things for which I'm grateful. Then the structure may need to be examined and reconfigured. Except not now; because for this one, brief, shining moment the second part of the first sentence would still be at the very top.

its been awhile since I have been on BFP except to play the arcade but...
I am thankful I am celebrating 5 years with my husband, 3 which we are married I am ever so grateful for my grand daughter Violet, and my soon to be grand daughter to be named Evangaline I am grateful I have been able to work PT even tho I am disabled and sometimes struggle I am grateful that even tho I struggle physically and financially I have my horse, which is my best therapy for the mind and body I am grateful that I can see the pain I have had, all resulted in the happiness I have now. I am grateful for my lovely Rose Cottage, my tiny house, which brings me comfort and joy and shelters me and my loved ones
