it was more of a brunch time frame...but we headed out to this local place and I had Cinnamon Roll french toast.....good lord it was a heart attack on a plate..but soooo freakin worth it!

sweet potato/zucchini/red onion hash (basically I zoodled everything coated with coconut oil, seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder & s/p, through in oven til done). I make a large batch so I have enough for 2 people for seven days.

minus the small bowl of sliced fruit.
and instead of free formed sausage, I'm having pork/turkey green chili links.
But everything else is the same!!

Mmm I love summer time fruit

I buy twice the normal amount this year.. Half to eat fresh and half to freeze for my smoothies!
