no, we didn't get an actual slice of bday cake, but when i dropped off my niece after a day of shopping, my sister slipped me a brown bag with discarded slices of yellow cake and a half-empty jar of frosting.

This evening, Doll made our reservations for the Peabody hotel. Ohhhh the excitement... Then she asked what is your pet policy and the woman said. "We are not Pet Friendly". My first reactions was, hell, they have friggin ducks! My next was, forget it then, lets not go. ~sigh~ I seen Dolls face and knew that was out of the question ~smirks~ She said, well we could look for another Pet Friendly Hotel if you want. For cryin out loud, there 2 chihuahua's. So you can count both a 1 little chipmunk size. Oh well, so there not pet friendly. ~Pout~ I still am mad!

The BP Oil Spill - We are on day 50 of oil just spewing from the bottom of the ocean. Watching oil soaked animals die right in front of the media. Heartbreaking. Our beaches are destroyed. Plooms of oil are swirling around under the once clear blue Gulf waters. We are just killing our planet.
