Just got home

Spaghetti at a friend's house ...

After work, came home, fed my dog, showered and then ate a quick pineapple sandwich before heading to her home. I did not want to come across as piggish again. LOL!

So good! And the spaghetti was too!

Last night was delish! I had the last of the applewood smoked salmon with a tangy finishing sauce, mixed veggies and basmati rice. Sweet tea to drink and a handful of gummy bears for dessert.

Tonight it's looking like pork steak but I think I'm going with a bbq citrus glaze and carrots this time instead of my usual guac and salsa accompaniment.

Tonight we are having hamburgers with seasoned fries,I bake the fries so I can get away with eating them and not wreck my meal plan.
Tonight before I go to bed I will be putting a brisket in the smoker for a long slow cook over night for tomorrow,there will be various veggies cooked on the grill along with some corn on the cob,a home made lemon meringue pie will also be made for after we eat if anyone still has room for it.
